I want to be a good role model first and foremost to anybody who is starting out. With hard work and dedication anything is possible. I want to help as many people as I can to achieve their fitness goals as I have mine. I want to take my modeling career as far as I can while at the same time work hard at university and eventually qualify as a lawyer. I also aim to be as healthy as possible when I am old and hope I am still pumping away in a gym when I am well in to my 60's!

No.1 Sci-MX supplement and why
Definitely Pure Protein GRS-5! Over the years I have tried many different protein shakes but never found any to be as effective as this one. The sustained time release protein system is outstanding, and the results I have seen while using this product are truly amazing.
Favourite training routine including details
My favourite training routine is probably my chest workout. 3 sets on a flat bench press, 3 sets incline bench press then 3 sets decline. I increase the weight for each set and then I return to do one final set on the flat bench press with a light weight but aim for very high reps until my chest is exhausted. I then do 3 sets cable cross over’s standing followed by 3 sets lying down, then 3 sets of fly’s with dumbbells and I like to follow this with 4 to 5 sets on the pec-dec machine. I tend to try and get my routine down fast with little rest between each exercise so I truly feel I have pushed my chest to the limit!

Typical daily nutrition plan including supplements: I actually stick to the diet plan on the Sci-MX website quite religiously. Again, it depends whether I am cutting or bulking, I will tweak my calorie and carb intake accordingly.
Sporting hero (why)
Sporting hero: Bruce Lee. His dedication to martial arts and training was truly unique. He is an unquestionable inspiration to me to push myself when training to succeed at any goal I set myself.
