Brief biography
I have played various sports since young ranging from basketball, football, boxing, athletics and eventually rugby which I played on the wing at around 19 stone! I wanted to compete in a sport where you didnt have to rely on anybody else to win! I started to train in MMA - I had a slight knee injury which put me out for a few weeks -I hit the weights hard and just got drawn into the strongman world. My first competition was Wales Strongest Man in which 1 placed first - next stop, Britains’ Strongest Man.
