I have taken this product for about 3 weeks, just one scoop on none training days and 2 on training days. I have found it to be the best product on the market that I have taken to date! Everything you need in one scoop, how simple is that! It’s improved my strength, muscle density and endurance beyond any thing else I have ever taken.
