No.1 Sci-MX supplement and why 17-T Somatocri-MX – it makes me feel great and I have plenty of energy to train every day.
Average training week Everyday (Monday – Friday) I run for 30 minutes.
Then I train at Wolfslair gym. The training consists of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA techniques, sparring conducted by Mario Sukata (3 Dan in Brazilian jiu-jitsu), and a Thai box session.
At 7pm I start the next training session which consists of fitness or weight training.
On Saturdays I go to the gym and do cardio sessions.
On Sundays I usually relax – depending on the stage of the preparation for my next fight.
Favourite discipline MMA, brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling
Most memorable moment When I won my first professional fight against Lee Livingstone. Livingstone was undefeated until this memorable fight which it was my debut.
Aspirations / goals My main goal which I strive to achieve is to fight in UFC as only the best fighters from all over the world are granted to fight there.
Achievements / titles Poland's No 1 welterweight (77kg) fighter
UK MMA record is 5-1-0
Sporting hero (why) My sporting hero is Bruce Lee - he is the one who showed us that martial arts is not limited and restricted by creating his own art called ‘jeet kune do’. In the last page of his book he stated that this is only his proposals of fighting, however if we believe that we know a better or more effective technique, we should add it to his book. As he stated: that was what he called ‘jeet-kune-do’.
Toughest opponent Marius Buzinskas - a top Thai boxer who was fighting in K1.
Brief biography At the age of 13 I started training kung-fu ‘wo-ta-tan-kwen’, then at the age of 16 I started training shoot-fighting and kick-boxing. When I was 18 I was training in Olympic wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In 2000 I competed in the Championships of Eastern Europe in Bytom, Poland, where I won 4th place.
In 2001 I competed in the Championships of Southern Poland in Strzyzow, where I won 1st place. In 2002 I competed in the Championships of Eastern Europe in Bytom, Poland, where I won 3rd place. In 2003 I competed in Championships of Southern Poland in Strzyzow, where I won 1st place.
In 2003 also competed in the Championships of Slask, Poland, where I won 1st place. Furthermore at the age of 22 I became interested in mixed martial arts whereby I opened my own school of wrestling and was the head trainer of ‘Natural Born Fighters’. When I was 24 I joined the MMA Wolfslair Team in Liverpool. In 2007 I won a fight with Lee Livingstone and this year I won a fight with Marius Buzinskas.
