Brief biography
I started training in the gym at the beginning of 2005 and quickly found I was stronger than most. I entered my first strongman competition in the summer of 2005 and won 8th place. After that I just wanted to keep competing and improving and by 2007 I won midlands strongest man and qualified for my first Britain’s strongest man. I made the final but tore my bicep on the third event and had to pull out. In 2008 I won Midlands strongest man again, came 4th in Britain’s Strongest Man and qualified for the World’s Strongest Man winning the squat event beating 5 times World’s Strongest Man winner Mariuz Pudzianoski. This year I won England’s Strongest Man and I’m going to Malta for the World’s Strongest Man at the end of September where I’m aiming to make the final.
