I got into weight training and cardio in a big way at age 20. I dropped my weight down from 12 stone 7lbs in September to a much leaner 10 stone 4 lbs the following February. Now I'm building on the success, developing muscles and improving my performance as of May. I bought ProPlex MRF to compensate for the muscle catabolism during workouts as I was burning in the region of 600-800 calories per workout, 4 times a week. As ProPlex MRF contains both high protein and medium carbohydrate it gave me the energy to train and also the protein to ensure I maintained my muscles. The sachets are dead handy for making sure you always use the same amount and also for portability. It would be great if some other products (like the 100% Whey Protein) came in this form. Now that I'm focusing more on increasing size, strength and performance I'm going over to Pure Protein GRS-5. This appears to be basically the same only without the carbohydrate which will be better for my goals. Overall I give this 8 out of 10. Pros are the handy sachets and excellent taste, I recommend the chocolate type and for an OCCASIONAL treat add 1 tea spoon of Cadburys (or similar) powdered drinking chocolate, tastes better than a chocolate milkshake and adds very few calories (although it does increase the carbs so be careful not to do this too often). The cons are the slightly high price per serving in my opinion, probably due to the sachets and box packaging, although that is handy. You can get better value for money on the tubs if cost is an issue.

Awesome! Get everything I need with this protein! I have 2 servings a day as part of my diet and I’m getting very good results. If you want a lean looking body with high levels of muscle definition then buy this product now. You wont be disappointed.
