| Fantastic product! It really does improve sleeping patterns, by a large margin. I didn't expect it to work half as effectively as it has! I drop off to sleep almost straight away. Before I started taking this product I had trouble getting to sleep; sometimes I'd be lying there for 45 mins onwards. First night of taking this and I fell asleep straight away and had a much deeper sleep. Highly recommended. I combine it with 17-T Somatocri-MX |

| This is a must have!. I Experience some extra power/energy from ZMA the days I don't feel Inspired to get my ass to the gym. |
