Probably one of the best multivitamins on the market. Easy to take and has a great range of minerals and vitamins included. Definitely worth the price. Only thing I'd suggest is that you should do a container with more caplets in it, as if you take two a day as you should do, you have to buy a new bottle every month which isn't ideal!
