- Not only am I experiencing a better quality of sleep but I have noticed since taking ZMA hardcore I am much better able to maintain my fat levels, even cutting fat during periods of extreme loading. I don't know if this is coincidence but the only difference in my regime has been adding this supplement. I seem to be getting bigger more powerful pumps and decreased recovery time. I have only been taking one capsule a night as opposed to the recommended two so I'm thinking I will increase the does. Every little thing helps and this is worth a look in for an effective supplement.

- Fantastic product! It really does improve sleeping patterns, by a large margin. I didn't expect it to work half as effectively as it has! I drop off to sleep almost straight away. Before I started taking this product I had trouble getting to sleep; sometimes I'd be lying there for 45 mins onwards. First night of taking this and I fell asleep straight away and had a much deeper sleep. Highly recommended. I combine it with 17T Somatocri-MX
