Delivery Policy
UK mainland delivery is FREE for all orders. If your order is placed before 1pm, it will be processed the same day for delivery the next working day. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel between 9am and 5pm as the courier service cannot provide specific delivery times.
If you are unlikely to be at home during those hours, please provide an alternative address. Please ensure that you provide a valid telephone number where you will be contactable. In the event that our courier cannot deliver your parcel, or is unable to obtain a signature, they will try to contact you by telephone in the first instance.
Orders are dispatched from our premises within 24 hours of being received, except on a Friday, when orders are dispatched the following Monday. Delivery normally takes place within 48 hours of placing an order.
International orders
Additional charges apply to international orders. All rates quoted are per parcel and for items weighing up to a maximum of 30kg in weight and volume.

Customs charges * The cost of additional customs charge is £25 for Switzerland, Croatia, Norway, Tunisia & Turkey and £35 for Bulgaria. Additional delivery charges will be calculated when you go through the checkout process. Please contact us if you require further information.
BFPO
Please refer to the table below for information on the weight limits for BFPO addresses.
Note that you must take into account that the total weight of your order will include our packaging — please allow 1kg for packaging on top of the total weight of your items.

Free delivery applies to BFPO but we are advised that deliveries weighing over 2kg can take up to four weeks for delivery to BFPO addresses.
