Vegan-friendly too, our raspberry chocolate mug cake is loaded with gooey chocolate and raspberries, and is also naturally paleo, gluten-free, not to mention free of refined sugar.

Unlike conventional cakes, this nutritious chocolate raspberry cake has no butter, oil, flour or sugar at all - it uses the mashed, overripe banana for sweetness.

The tartness of the raspberries, sweetness of the banana and the rich notes of the dark cocoa powder = HEAVEN. It’s the ultimate sweet snack to relish whenever you like - or as a post-dinner treat. INGREDIENTS

👉 1 small extra ripe banana

👉 1 scoop PRO V-GAIN™ PROTEIN

👉 1 small flax egg

👉 1-3 tsps dark cocoa powder

👉 30g frozen raspberries

👉 Granulated sweetener (such as stevia, agave nectar or brown rice syrup)

METHOD

👉 In a high-speed blender or food processor, beat the banana, flax egg, cocoa powder until a very fine mixture is formed

👉 Remove and stir in the raspberries, making sure most of them are in the middle

👉 Grease a small cereal bowl or mug very well

👉 Pour the mixture in there and cook in the microwave for 60 seconds or longer, depending on what sort of texture you like.
