50ml almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate ULTRA WHEY PROTEIN
1-2 squares chopped 90% dark chocolate
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon coconut flour (oat flour also works)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Add stevia/splenda for extra sweetness if desired

Mix ingredients and pour into a large mug. Nuke for 30 approx seconds on high and tuck-in! The cake should have a fudgy moist consistency – with a little practice you'll find a sweet spot that leaves you with an awesome protein brownie!
