INGREDIENTS

  • 225g unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops of whey protein (for added protein)
  • ½ tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp salter peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional)

METHOD

Blend the ingredients together in a blender.
