(Cookie Sandwiches cross with a Chocolate Viennese Whirl)

There's nothing better than cheating the system and creating a delicious tasting treat that can still be eaten whilst calorie cutting... We've come up with these insanely good, low carb cookie sandwiches (probably more similar to a Viennese Whirl in actual fact) to munch away on whilst shedding excess Christmas pounds...

Cookie ingredients:

2 tbsp low calorie syrup (Opt for MuscleFood’s IMO syrup)Cookie Sandwiches
4 tsp cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla DIET PRO™ MEAL / 1½ scoop vanilla DIET PRO™ PROTEIN

Filling ingredients:

1 tbsp quark
½ scoop vanilla DIET PRO™ MEAL / 1 scoop vanilla DIET PRO™ PROTEIN

Directions:

1. Add the cookie ingredients to a bowl and whisk until you create a soft dough like mix.
2. Mould the dough into balls with your hands (You should be able to make 6-10 balls out of the mix).
3. Flatten the balls with your hands and place them on a non-stick baking tray.
4. Bake at 200C for approx 5 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Make the sandwich filling by mixing the quark and protein powder together.
6. Spread the mix across one of the cookies, sandwich together and there you have it!
