Homemade Protein Cookies Recipe


Whether you have them for breakfast or a snack, these tasty protein cookies are loaded with goodness to keep you going throughout the day.


  • 1 large free range egg
  • 45g ULTRA WHEY™ PROTEINultra-whey-protein-vanilla-2-28kg
  • 32g coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 20g flaked coconut
  • 60ml milk
  • 10 ground Brazil nuts
  • 20g sugar-free dark chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 340 F or 170 C.
  • Combine the egg, protein powder, coconut flour, baking soda, coconut, milk, and ground nuts.
  • Make a dough then add in the chocolate chips
  • With a spoon, split mixture into 12 cookies and place on a onto a greased baking sheet
  • Bake in over for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned
  • Once they’re cooked through, remove from the oven. (The softer they are in the centre, the better)
  • Let them cool, pour yourself a tall glass of milk and boom! Enjoy a couple of cookies!

Tip: For lower-calorie and lower-fat cookies, choose oats instead of flaked coconut, or almonds/walnuts rather than Brazil nuts, and cocoa powder instead of chocolate chips.
