Low Carb Vegan Protein Brownies

Online lifestyle coaches, Liftus Fitness experiment with protein recipes all the time. We spotted this delicious recipe made with SCI-MX PRO V GAIN PROTEIN and couldn't resist sharing...

"Eat these and still keep your abs? Yeah it's true, Low Carb Vegan Protein Brownies which are full of Nutty Deliciousness are part of our clean eats healthy treats".

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
1tsp baking powder
1 scoop PRO V GAIN PROTEIN (Chocolate)
30g coconut oil
1/4 cup almond flour
1tsp TRKG syrup or stevia
Handful of chopped nuts

Step 1: Blend all the ingredients together and stir in chopped nuts of your choice.

Step 2: Pour the mix into a 9" baking pan and cook for about 40 minutes at 160 C.

Ingredients for the ganache top:

2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 scoop PRO V-GAIN PROTEIN (Chocolate)
1 cube chocolate
20ml natural maple syrup

Step 3: Melt the oil, syrup and chocolate in a pan over a low heat. Then quickly stir in the protein. If it gets too thick, add more maple syrup.

Step 4: Spread across the brownie when the brownie has cooled.

Step 5: Leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours before slicing.
