On the go and no time in the morning to make breakfast? Here's a quick-fire guide to healthy protein-infused Overnight Protein Oats that will fuel your gains and keep you full for the morning...

Prepare the night before:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk

1/2 banana, sliced

1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
