Your Choice FAST-ACTING or MULTI-PHASE PROTEIN

BLACK TREACLE = MINERAL RICH

PEANUT OILS = HORMONE SUPPORTING 

Ingredients:

- 2 scoops chocolate ULTRA WHEY™ PROTEIN or GRS 9™ PROTEIN SYSTEM
- 2 tbsps frozen natural smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp dark treacle or organic honey (add more if you need a shot of glycogen replenishing carbs after a hardcore workout)
- Add extra ice if needed

Blend it up:

1. Place the 2 tbsps of peanut butter in the freezer a few hours in advance.
2. Take the peanut butter out and put all the ingredients in a high power blender.
