Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake

We couldn't resist sharing this insane raspberry ripple cheesecake with you, created by Matt, a big SCI-MX fan! This is the perfect post workout treat after a heavy leg session at the gym...

Base:

Reduced fat digestive biscuits (150g)
Peanut butter (2tbsp, or desired amount)

Topping:

Raspberry ripple DIET PRO MEAL (2 scoops)
Cream cheese (250g)
Total 0% yogurt (3/4 cup)
Raspberries (1 handful)
A banana to slice on top (1)

Method:

1. Roughly crush the digestives and mix with the peanut butter until sticky.
2. Press the mix into a 9″ spring form pan.
3. Mix together the topping ingredients with a whisk.
4. Pour the topping mix onto the base.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
6. Leave to cool and then place in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
7. Remove from the fridge and slice a banana on top.
