Baked Peach & Protein Cream

This warming low fat protein packed dessert is a real winner – guaranteed to kill cravings all through the autumn, while supporting muscle growth and physique goals. Less than 30g carbs (from nutritious fruit) and 20g+ protein – it's fair game post-workout or on a rest day......

Ingredients:

1 large peach (cut in half)
1 scoop vanilla DIET PRO PROTEIN or GRS 9-HOUR® PROTEIN
60g low-fat cottage/cream cheese
0.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 260°C.
Place peach halves on a baking tray.
Bake for approx 25 minutes.
Blend the protein powder, cinnamon and cheese, add a dash of milk to get the perfect consistency.
Scoop the topping inside the peaches and serve immediately!
