Recipe – Banana Protein Ice Cream

- Low in fat
- 30-40g protein
- Ideal post-workout meal dessert

INGREDIENTS

2 semi-frozen bananas
2 scoops banana ULTRA WHEY™ PROTEIN or GRS 9-HOUR® PROTEIN
Dark chocolate chips
Almond/coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel 2 bananas and freeze for approx 60 minutes (semi-frozen)
2. Blend the bananas while slowly adding enough almond milk to create an ice cream consistency
3. Add protein powder and blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed
2. Spoon your ice cream into a bowl and top with 90% dark choc chips
5. Or place in freezer (allow 15 mins to soften from fully frozen)
