Recipe – Banana Protein Pancakes

We're often asked for an easy-to-follow, healthy protein pancake - well you asked, and we listened, here's our recipe for banana protein pancakes


• 2 egg whites
• 1 Banana
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1.5 scoops of Flavoured ULTRA WHEY™ PROTEIN (
• Almond milk (enough to get to right consistency)
• Any flavouring required eg. vanilla pods, cinnamon, coco powder etc

Use a Blender to blend the banana and the egg whites up, then slowly add in the protein powder of choice and the baking powder!

Add almond milk if needed to make the consistency like pancake batter! if the batter is very flavoursome ( eg. i use flavoured protein, cinnamon and cocopowder) then you can actually cook just one side of the pancake and you end up with a crispy pancake base and a creamy dessert like topping, or save 1/4 of the batter to pour over the pancake.

Add toppings of choice e.g. Fruit, low fat yoghurt, low calorie sweetener or zero calorie syrups (waldenfarms)

NOTE: try to cook so batter is still soft/creamy on the inside, if not the pancake will become very dry and be ruined.
