Recipe – Chocolate Cheesecake Protein Balls

Here's a delicious and tempting recipe for dessert treats.

These awesome ultra-low carb protein balls taste a little like cheese cake heaven -- but they're loaded with physique-friendly fats and protein:

- MCT fats from coconut oil
- 9 hour protein release
- Ultra-low in carbs


250g Quark low fat cheese (softened)
100ml coconut oil (melted)
4 heaped tablespoons GRS 9-HOUR® PROTEIN
Dark coco powder and sweetener (add for extra taste if desired)
1tsp vanilla essence
Coating: Shredded coconut

1. Mix the soft cheese, vanilla extract, coconut oil and protein in a bowl. If your mix is too dry or you desire more protein powder, add a little milk.
2. Refrigerate for approx 60 minutes (the coconut oil and cheese will firm the ingredients once cooled)
3. Once hard enough to roll into balls.

4. Cover in shredded coconut.
5. Cover and keep in fridge

One last thing -- try not to eat them all at once!
