Cinnamon Protein Cake

Fitness Foodie and Inspirational Blogger, Jade Joselyn has introduced us to this incredibly tasty Cinnamon Protein Cake recipe...

INDREDIENTS

The Cake Base:
2 scoops SCI-MX CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
1 egg white
1-2 tsp almond flour
A sprinkle of Xanthan gum
1-2 tsp ground cinnamon

The Topping:
1 banana
1 apple, peeled and shopping into squares
1 tbsp honey

METHOD

1. Mix all the cake base ingredients together in a microwavable bowl with a whisk.

2. Microwave for approx 5-7 minutes (Time may vary on individual microwaves - keep an eye on it) with cling film over the top of the bowl.

3. Add the fruit to a hot pan with some honey to caramelise.

4. Pour the caramelised fruit onto the sponge.
