Fancy a chicken wrap for lunch? But want to smugly chow while hacking your way to a ripped physique? Then whip up these incredible healthy wraps!

- HIGH FIBRE + VERY LOW IMPACT CARBS
- FLAX EFA'S
- HIGH PROTEIN

INGREDIENTS

Approx 30ml milk (e.g. cow, almond)
5 egg whites
2tbspn psyllium husks
1tbspn spoon crushed flax seeds
pinch salt/seasoning
1 scoop 100% WHEY ISOLATE™
Coconut oil/non-stick spray

INSTRUCTIONS (2 large wraps)

1. Whisk the eggs, milk, whey, flax and psyllium
2. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil until sizzling
3. Pour 50% of the mix into the pan and spread it quickly to wrap size
4. Turn the heat down to avoid burning
5. Flip your wrap then remove once lightly browned
Now.... fill and enjoy!
