Recipe… Vanilla Macadamia Protein Bread

Sweet protein loaves like our vanilla macadamia protein bread, really are the way forward when it comes to sticking to clean eating while always having something delicious at hand. This creation should last you several days – take some to work, have a slice pre/post training, or just grab some to help you hit your daily macro's...

Ingredients:

2 scoops vanilla ULTRA WHEY™ PROTEIN or GRS 9-HOUR® PROTEIN
200g ground almonds
15g chopped macadamia nuts
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp sea salt
80ml milk
4 eggs
10g good quality butter
2 squares 90% dark chocolate chopped

Get it baked:

Pre-heat oven to 190°C
Mix dry ingredients
Add in the rest of ingredients and blend well
Half fill a mini loaf tin/case
Bake for approx 25 minutes
