INGREDIENTS:

👉 1x banana

👉 1 scoop of strawberry flavour WHEY PLUS HARDCORE™

👉 150g strawberries

👉 2 x tbsp plain Greek yoghurt

👉 8 cubes of ice

👉 2 tsps. ground flaxseeds

👉 350ml of semi-skimmed milk or coconut milk / almond milk

👉 1x pinch of stevia sweetener (optional)

METHOD

👉 Chuck all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Voila! It really is as simple and easy as that. Enjoy!
