INGREDIENTS

👉 340 ml water

👉 225g spinach

👉 200g frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)

👉 122g plain low-fat vegan-friendly yogurt

👉 1 Tbsp chai seeds

👉 2 scoops PRO V-GAIN™ PROTEIN POWDER

👉 1 tbsp walnuts

👉 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

👉 500 calories, 57 g protein, 54 g carbs, 14 g fibre, 11 g fat

METHOD

👉 Simply combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor until thick and creamy!
