100% WHEY ISOLATE PIZZA

Dinner for one? Test out these six steps to a seriously tasty, high protein, low carb meal... Hawaiian style...

Base:

0.5 cup liquid egg whites
2 tsp buckwheat flour
1.5 tsp coconut oil
0.5 cup 100% WHEY ISOLATE

Toppings:

Tomato paste
Pineapple
Ham
Cheese
Rosemary
Thyme

Method:

1. Blend the base ingredients together with a whisk.
2. Add some coconut oil to a non-stick frying pan and turn the heat on high to melt the oil.
3. Reduce the heat and pour the mix into the pan.
4. Once the first side is cooked, flip it onto the other side and repeat.
5. When both sides of the base are browned, remove it from the heat and add your toppings.isolate
6. Stick the pizza under the grill until the cheese has melted.
